We ship orders usually same or next day by Signed-For delivery. We will introduce next day delivery soon. The order should arrive within 2 working days. Please ensure someone is present at the address to sign for the parcel. Otherwise a 'while you were out' card will be left and the item taken to your local sorting office. The most common issues with delivery is there was an attempt made when there was no-one present to sign for the item and it is now at the sorting office. Please check if there was a while you were out card left as this will have instructions on rearranging delivery or the location to collect it if you prefer.

When will I receive my order? (International)

Please check the customs rules in your country before ordering.

Where the country allows, Signed for or tracked delivery will be added on all orders of over £40. Usually this service arrives in 6 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders below £30 will not be tracked and should arrive in 7-10 business days.  

I've used the wrong shipping address with my PayPal.
Please use the contact form in the navigation bar and we'll get it changed for you if it's not too late. We do however try to get your order to you soon as physically possible to save you waiting, so the order may have already been shipped.
